Step 1 – choose your service
First, visit our services pages to find the right product for you. Remember, you'll know exactly how much you have to pay in advance. There are no extras or hidden charges.
Step 2 – send us your order
Use our order form to place your order and send us the document(s) we need to check. All orders must be sent in Microsoft Word .doc or .docx format.
If there are any additional items you think would be helpful, like a referencing style guide, you can send them to us using the ordering form.
Step 3 – payment
We will confirm we've received your order and will send you a payment request by email. Using PayPal, Foolproof accepts all the payment methods shown here. As all our payments are handled through PayPal, you benefit from the latest security and protection. You don't need a PayPal account to pay us through PayPal.
Please pay your invoice before you need your work back from us. We won't be able to send it back to you until we've received payment.
Step 4 – getting your work back from us
We will proof-read your document(s), make changes and send you back two versions of your work by email. One version will be the final version with all the changes made, and can be considered the finished item. The other version will show you all the corrections we've made, using the 'Review' tools included in Microsoft Word.
It's a good idea to read through the corrected version so you can see clearly what we've changed, as it will help you to see where you can improve. A Word document edited with the 'Review' tools will look something like this:
